Delivery Schedule: We ship within Singapore only

 Monday - Friday Orders received before 11:00am - Delivered Same-Day
 Orders received after 11:00am will be delivered by 5.00pm the next day.
 Saturday Orders received before 10:00am - Delivered Same-Day
 Orders received after 10:00am on Saturday will be delivered by 5.00pm on Monday

6 bottles and above - FREE** Delivery!
1-5 bottles - S$25.00 a delivery charge is applicable.

This can be any mix of wine, you can buy 6 different bottles and get free delivery.

**Addtional charges apply to the following areas. (For large orders we can waive this fee).

Self Collection from our Warehouse:

You can choose to collect your order from our warehouse 6:00am-10pm, 7days a week
IMPORTANT: Your order will still need to be placed and paid for online. We are unable accept COD or Cheques at the warehouse.

At check-out, please advise that you wish to collect from the warehouse in the special instructions so we can arrange it for you.

Public Holidays
We do not offer delivery on public holidays and weekends. We will inform you immediately via email or telephone if we expect delays due such as a temporary stock lack of stock
Under special circumstances we may offer special deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Address
Winerack Singapore only delivers to one address per order. If you wish us to deliver to more than that one address please place a separate order for each location.
Alternatively, please contact us to make special delivery arrangements before placing your order.

Due to customs restrictions we can only offer delivery in Singapore.

Returns & Replacements
Quality - If you buy any of our wines and you don't like a bottle, we will credit your account for that bottle. If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then we will refund the whole case,  provided that you have only drunk one bottle from the case.
Stolen Wine - If you give instructions for us to leave your wine outside your house and the wine gets stolen, we’ll replace it free of charge, providing you notify us and the police within 3 days.
Breakages – In the event that any of the bottles in your case are broken or the labels are damaged, please let us know within 7 days and we’ll credit the money into your account with 30 days.
 

Free Delivery - Why 6 bottles?

Other companies offer free delivery based on the value of the order, they have built more than enough cost into their wines to cover the delivery costs of only a few bottles of wine. We have seen some of these companies selling the same wines as us at up to $10 above our price! .

Our mark ups are much lower but it takes at least 6 bottles to cover our costs. We'd rather offer you wine at a lower cost than artificially mark them up in order for you to have 'Free Delivery' on a smaller order of less bottles.

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked.

Credit Cards
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa and MasterCard and American Express, through our secured PayPal payment gateway. A PayPal account is not required

We use PayPal for all payment processing services and it is they who provide the secure credit card handling facilities on their site. No credit card details are asked for, accessed or retained by Winerack or any affiliated or associated company. It is your responsibility to protect your password from being disclosed to any third party.

FAQ:

What if I do not have a PayPal account?

A PayPal account is NOT required! - You can use a credit card in the normal way.
If you do not have a paypal account then when you arrive on the PayPal payment page you can ignore the login box and instead click on the link 'Pay with my credit or debit card' that is shown in the middle of the page.

Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

Not right now but we will be offering a bank transfer option soon!

Can I pay COD?

Data Protection and Legal


Wine Rack Privacy Promise
We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party, except our delivery company.

Legal Age restriction
We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. Sorry, but that's the law. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
a. loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
b. loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.

Subject to Returns & Replacements we will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the wine. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.

Under no circumstance whatsoever shall Winerack or any affiliates, directors, officers or employees (together, the “Company”) be liable for special or consequential damages including loss of business, and in no event shall any liability of the Company exceed the purchase price of any product purchased.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notification. If there is an issue or problem with your order we will normally contact you to try to resolve it.

While we aim to be accurate, any availability information or delivery estimates on the website or the order confirmation in relation to products or services are approximate. As we process your order, we will inform you if any products or services turns out to be unavailable.

Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

A case of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
