Deep ruby red with violet hints. This characteristic is given to the remaining of the skins during the fermentation process for a longer period. The vinification technique enhances the intense fruity aromas. In particular, mature fruit as such morello cherry and plum with delicate durmast hints.
Full-bodied and thick, it is characterized by a generous tannin which becomes softer. The result is a fruit taste such as cherry and other red berries.
