Delivery Schedule
We ship within Singapore only. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Monday - Friday

Orders received before 11:00am - Will be delivered by 5.00pm the Same-Day.

Orders received after 11:00am - will be delivered the next business day (Monday through Friday)

Orders received after 11:00 am on Friday- will be delivered on Monday before 5pm

All deliveries are made between 12noon and 5.00pm. Sorry we are unable to offer deliveries after 5.00pm

If you have a special request for delivery please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements
We do not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.


6 bottles of wine and above - FREE** Delivery!
1-5 bottles of wine - S$25.00 a delivery charge is applicable.
This can be any mix of wine, you can buy 6 different bottles and get free delivery.

** Addtional may charges apply to the following areas.

  • Changi Airport Cargo Complex
  • Jurong Island
  • Sentosa Island
  • Military Bases

Important Notes:

Public Holidays
We do not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
However, under special circumstances we might be able to offer you alternate delivery options, please Contact Us before placing your order.

Delivery Address
Winerack Singapore only delivers to one address per order, the recipient must be over 18 years old as we are unable to deliver to a minor. If you wish us to deliver to more than that one address please place a separate order for each location.
Alternatively, please Contact Us to make special delivery arrangements before placing your order.

Due to customs restrictions we can only offer delivery in Singapore.

Self collection from our Warehouse  

(1) Self-Collection orders must be placed on-line and paid for prior to pick-up. Our logistics partner does not carry any cash and are not able to accept C.O.D. cash or Cheques at the warehouse.

(2) Please tell us at check-out, that you wish to collect from the warehouse. You can leave special delivery instructions at 'order review'

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which might delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Occasionally we may suggest an alternative item or offer a refund, it's your choice.  You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping..

Vintages may occasionally vary. Every effort is made to ensure the correct vintage is displayed on our website, and the correct vintage is sent to you. However variations can occur, and we reserve the right to send a different vintage to you; unless the vintage is specifically stated in the main title description.
Notes on Vintage Specific wines: If the vintage is shown in the main title of the wine, we will contact you prior to delivery if for any reason the vintage you requested is not available. If the vintage is shown in the title you will receive that vintage, e.g. 'Chateau Cissac, Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois, Bordeaux, 2018, France'

Returns & Replacements
Quality - If you buy any of our wines and you don't like a bottle, we will credit your account for that bottle. If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then we will refund the whole case, provided that you have only drunk one bottle from the case.

Left at Door:
If you give instructions for us to leave your wine outside your door, and for any reason you cannot find the wine, please contact us immediately. If we cannot resolve
the issue we will* replace your wine free of charge.
(*) Please note we might require you to file a Police report if you suspect the wine has been stolen. 

Free Delivery - Why 6 bottles?
Offering you the best value is very important to us! We are able to offer you consistently lower prices by keeping to a 6 bottle minimum order.
Only need 1-2 bottles? No problem! We work with messenger delivery services such as Grab, and LaLa Move. Please contact us if you would like to arrange your own messenger service to collect your order.
