How long does shipping / delivery take?
Delivery is typically the next business day within Singapore. However, please note that there may be delays during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Our warehouse is at Tampines near the airport. You can collect from our Warehouse but please note the following before placing your order:-

(1) Self-Collection orders must be placed on-line and paid for prior to pick-up. Our logistics partner does not carry any cash and are not able to accept C.O.D. cash or Cheques at the warehouse.
(2) Please tell us at check-out, that you wish to collect from the warehouse. You can leave this info in the ‘special delivery instruction’s at 'order review’
(3) Please call the warehouse or our hotline after you place your order and advise us of your order number and expected arrival time (during business hours).

Our wines are very competitively priced but we sometimes have special promotions and sometimes we can offer discounts for large bulk orders of a particular wine.

Yes, you can order wine as a gift for someone. 
During the checkout process, you can provide the recipient's address and if you want to include a personalised message, we also offer a gift card.

Can I request a specific wine that is not listed on your website?
We are always looking to expand our selection based on customer preferences. If there is a specific wine you would like us to offer, please let us know and we will consider adding it to our inventory.

Can I return a bottle of wine if I don't like the taste?
We do not accept returns for opened or consumed bottles of wine. However, if you have any concerns about the quality of the wine, please contact our customer service team  and they will assist you.

What is your return policy?
If you buy any of our wines and you don't like a bottle, we will credit your account for that bottle. If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then we will refund the whole case, provided that you have only drunk one bottle from the case. Please contact our customer service team  for further instructions. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team  as soon as possible to request any changes or cancellations.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by contacting our customer service team . They will provide you with the necessary tracking information.

Can I place an order over the phone?
We encourage customers to place orders through our website for a seamless and efficient process. However, if you have any difficulties or prefer to place an order over the phone, please contact our customer service team .

How do I know if I am eligible to order from your store?
By using our site, you represent that you are over the age of 18. We only sell wine to customers who are 18 years or older.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement. However, please note that free delivery is only offered on any mix of 6 bottles or more.

Are there any additional charges for delivery?
Free delivery is offered to most areas of Singapore. However, additional charges may apply to certain areas such as Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, and Military Bases. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
We only deliver Monday - Friday, during business hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests. However, we can hold your order and deliver on another business day if you request it. You may request the delivery date you prefer in special instructions during checkout

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned product, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Yes, our wines are stored in our logistics provider's warehouse in Singapore, near Changi Airport.
