Regular Delivery Schedule: We ship within Singapore only 

 Monday - Saturday Orders received before 11:00am - Will be delivered by 5.00pm the Same-Day.
 Orders received after 11:00am will be delivered by 5.00pm the next business day.
  All deliveries are made by 5.00pm. Sorry we are unable to offer deliveries after 5.00pm

6 bottles of wine and above - FREE** Delivery!
1-5 bottles of wine - S$25.00 a delivery charge is applicable.

This can be any mix of wine, you can buy 6 different bottles and get free delivery.

You can choose to collect your order from our logistics partners warehouse 09:00am-6.00pm, Monday-Friday
IMPORTANT: Your order will still need to be placed and paid for online or via Bank Transfer/PayNow. We are unable accept COD or Cheques at the warehouse.

At check-out, please advise that you wish to collect from the warehouse in the special instructions so we can arrange it for you.

Public Holidays
We do not offer delivery on public holidays and Sundays. We will inform you immediately via email or telephone if we expect delays due such as a temporary stock lack of stock
Under special circumstances we may offer special deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Address
Winerack Singapore only delivers to one address per order, and the recipient must be over 18 years old as we are unable to deliver to a minor. If you wish us to deliver to more than that one address please place a separate order for each location.
Alternatively, please contact us to make special delivery arrangements before placing your order.

Due to customs restrictions we can only offer delivery in Singapore.

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Occasionally we may suggest an alternative item or offer a refund, it's your choice.  You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Vintages occaionally may vary to those shown and when delivered. Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is displayed, however variations can occur.
The exception is when the vintage is shown in the main title of the wine. If the vintage is shown in the title you will receive that vintage, e.g 'Chateau Cissac, Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois, Bordeaux, 2015, France'

Returns & Replacements
Quality - If you buy any of our wines and you don't like a bottle, we will credit your account for that bottle. If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then we will refund the whole case,  provided that you have only drunk one bottle from the case.
Stolen Wine - If you give instructions for us to leave your wine outside your house and the wine gets stolen, we’ll replace it free of charge, providing you notify us and the police within 3 days.
Breakages – In the event that any of the bottles in your case are broken or the labels are damaged, please let us know within 7 days and we’ll credit the money into your account with 30 days.

Free Delivery - Why 6 bottles?

Other companies offer free delivery based on the value of the order, they have built more than enough cost into their wines to cover the delivery costs of only a few bottles of wine. We have seen some of these companies selling the same wines as us at up to $10 above our price! .

Our mark ups are much lower but it takes at least 6 bottles to cover our costs. We'd rather offer you wine at a lower cost than artificially mark them up in order for you to have 'Free Delivery' on a smaller order of less bottles.

Payment methods.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, PayPal, PayNow and Bank Transfers.

Credit Cards

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard and American Express through our secured STRIPE and PayPal payment gateways.

We use STRIPE & PayPal for all payment processing services and it is they who provide the secure credit card handling facilities on their site. No credit card details are asked for, accessed or retained by Winerack or any affiliated or associated company. You will have an option to store (or not to store) your card details with STRIPE so as to enable ease of checkout the next time you purchase from our site. It is your responsibility to protect your password from being disclosed to any third party.

Bank Transfers

You may also choose to pay by Bank Transfer or PayNow upon checkout but we will not ship your order until the funds are received into our account.

The bank details will be sent to you after you place your order. Please allow sufficient time for clearance.* If your order is urgent we recommend you use PayPal or a credit card as a bank transfer payment may be delayed.

*Cross checking funds received via bank transfer takes time so please help us emailing us the bank transfer details including and include the order number and the amount paid. If no advice is sent to us your order may be delayed. Any payment advice received after the delvery cutoff cannot be not be processed until the next delery day.



Can I pay COD?

Sorry not yet but we may offer a COD option at a later date.

Do I need PayPal account?

No, a PayPal account is NOT required - You can use a Credit Card in the normal way, or you can also pay via PayNow or Bank Transfer,

If you still want to use PayPal but do not have a PayPal account then when you arrive on the PayPal payment page you can ignore the login box and instead click on the link 'Pay with my credit or debit card' that is shown in the middle of the page.

Drink responsibly

*How much is too much?

Many experts advise that people should not regularly drink more than their daily unit guidelines:

Men: 3-4 units of alcohol
Women: 2-3 units of alcohol

This advice applies regardless of how often you drink alcohol; you shouldn't interpret the guidance as allowing you to "save up" your units so you can drink them all on a Friday night.

What is a unit?

The size and strength of your drink will determine the number of units it contains. It's not quite as simple as one drink, one unit - a glass of wine can range between just over one unit and more than three units depending on the size of the glass and type of wine.

Remember, when you're drinking at home, you tend to pour measures that are larger than you get in your local.

Wine Rack Privacy Promise
We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party, except our delivery company.

Legal Age restriction
We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. Sorry, but that's the law. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
a. loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
b. loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.

Subject to Returns & Replacements we will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the wine. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.

Under no circumstance whatsoever shall Winerack or any affiliates, directors, officers or employees (together, the “Company”) be liable for special or consequential damages including loss of business, and in no event shall any liability of the Company exceed the purchase price of any product purchased.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notification. If there is an issue or problem with your order we will normally contact you to try to resolve it.

While we aim to be accurate, any availability information or delivery estimates on the website or the order confirmation in relation to products or services are approximate. As we process your order, we will inform you if any products or services turns out to be unavailable.

Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

A case of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
