Truffle Hunter Appassimento is Barbera but not like you have had before. Creamy and intense, very dark and the taste is dominated by ripe cherry and plum. Fruity wit a smooth with silky tannins and low acidity. A big and full-bodied wine that goes pairs well with food and on it's own.

Made entirely with Sangiovese, this opens with aromas of wet leaves, underbrush, leather and prune. The palate offers dried red and black cherry, grilled sage and a confectionary note alongside lithe tannins.

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated ripe dark plum and liquorice aromas meld into hints of toasty vanillin oak, some dried herbs and spicy pepper. Rich, juicy and supple in the mouth with velvety tannins and medium to full body weight the palate dishes up spicy dark plum, ripe dark cherry and liquorice flavours. Sitting beneath is an underbelly of toasty vanillin oak, subtle dried herb infusions and pepper. Finishes with a fleshy aftertaste of lightly peppered dark plums, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and subtle spicy dried herbs.

An intense red color with a fragrant bouquet of floral and violet notes. The beautiful aromas convey sensations of fullness and complexity with a note of ripe berries that gives way to chocolate and nuances of dark earthy tones. It is harmoniously rich in structure but bold in the finish.

Divici Prosecco DOC, is a classic Italian Prosecco, this is sourced from the hills around Treviso - or, in other words, ground central for Italian Prosecco. A lovely crisp wine and it's organic too.

Pale yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that are reminiscent of peach and green apple with an undertone of lemon. Fresh and soft on the palate with well balanced acidity.

This juicy wine is all about the fruit. Doppio Passo Primitivo (Zinfandel) is deep ruby in colour; with aromas of dried fruit, cherry, raisin; balanced.

Slightly off dry and round on the palate; easy drinking

Try with Pâtés and mousses; bold, hearty chicken, steak, sausage and ribs dishes.

Full bodied, flavoursome Pinot Grigio from the La di Motte estate. Juicy stone fruit characters with lemon and lime fruit balanced with good acidity and length.

A crisp and fresh Pecorino from Abruzzo; lemon-green in colour with blossom and grapefruit aromas on the nose. Dry and crisp with a zesty citrus acidity and notes of white peach, pear and green apples and a long and fresh finish.

Sobreiro De Pegoes Tinto Vinho is produced using the best Castelao Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
