Jan Fiskaal (fiscal shrike) is a small bird with a fierce reputation for driving out pests in the vineyards. This merlot expresses pure red cherries and fresh strawberry aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, just a light brushing of cocoa and a nicely composed, quite elegant finish.This medium-bodied wine will be wonderful just by itself or paired with roast chicken, lamb stew, lasagne and BBQ's.
Sobreiro De Pegoes Tinto Vinho is produced using the best Castelao Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Aged 12 months in American Oak and also French oak barrels to add complexity and longevity. It shows complex aromas of black fruit and spices. Try served with red meat, game or cheeses.

Our Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Vigne au Roy Rouge has a magnificent colour, with a nose of blackcurrant, blackcurrant buds, very floral. More fruity on the palate, with aromas of small berries, such as raspberry, an energetic and greedy wine with a touch of mint. Nice structure on the finish.
