Our Grande Cuvée Brut Veuve Ambal is composed predominantly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, complemented by a touch of Aligoté and Gamay. 

The delicate sparkle of this Crémant de Bourgogne is emphasised by its golden yellow hue and fine bubbles. The harmonious and fruity palate reveals notes of exotic fruits.

This Bourgogne Chardonnay is a perfect introduction to the most prestigious appellations of Burgundy, thanks to the selection of beautiful parcels of Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. This gives it an energy with lemony notes. With a very charming nose, it releases floral aromas and notes of exotic fruits.

This wine is elegant, harmonious and lively. On the nose, aromas of citrus and yellow fruit are accompanied by a light woody touch. Dense mouth, fine tannins and a finish on the firestone. It is a precise, energetic wine with good tension.

Morgon is a Beaujolais Cru. Intense and complex with strawberry and cherry notes. The palate is full and robust with a wonderful an expression of fresh fruit and a consistent finish.

Food pairing Excellent on grilled red meats or in sauce, lamb, terrines and pâtés. Matured cheese.

On the nose, our Mâcon reveals aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, it is balanced between roundness and freshness with both greedy notes and floral touches, notably peony.

Our Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Vigne au Roy Rouge has a magnificent colour, with a nose of blackcurrant, blackcurrant buds, very floral. More fruity on the palate, with aromas of small berries, such as raspberry, an energetic and greedy wine with a touch of mint. Nice structure on the finish.

A ripe and rich wine with plum, dark cherry and plenty of earthy notes. The palate is full yet with elegance and feels fresh on the long satisfying finish. The wine will partner well with roast pork and sautéed potatoes, and some good cheese.

Distinct fruity aromas, good structure, notes of blackcurrants and blackberries blended with fine wooded. Well structured tannins, dense with a good length, and elegance. Allow 1hr to aerate.

Aged for 408 days in clay amphorae, the aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, and red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, blend harmoniously. On the palate, the attack is frank and powerful. All the expression of the terroir is brought together in this cuvée of deep minerality which can be enjoyed both young and old.
