Warrelwind Sauvignon Blanc has a clean and fresh bouquet that leans more towards the tropical rather than herbaceous spectrum of aromas. The palate is very well balanced with a grassy opening, Granny Smith apples and gooseberry notes leading to a lively, harmonious finish.

Jan Fiskaal (fiscal shrike) is a small bird with a fierce reputation for driving out pests in the vineyards.
This merlot expresses pure red cherries and fresh strawberry aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, just a light brushing of cocoa and a nicely composed, quite elegant finish.

This medium-bodied wine will be wonderful just by itself or paired with roast chicken, lamb stew, lasagne and BBQ's.
