The Airfield Chardonnay evokes intriguing aromas of fresh pear, honeydew melon, butterscotch, and smoked pecans. The wine enters the palate with a slightly creamy mouthfeel; secondary flavors of spiced apples, toasted marshmallow, marzipan and hints of minerality. Morgon is a Beaujolais Cru. Intense and complex with strawberry and cherry notes. The palate is full and robust with a wonderful an expression of fresh fruit and a consistent finish.

On the nose, our Mâcon reveals aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, it is balanced between roundness and freshness with both greedy notes and floral touches, notably peony.

To be enjoyed with oven-roasted red meat

An impressively slate spicy note that combines with a certain saltiness and a hint of mint and lemon balm. There is still no indication of any residual sweetness, the wine fans out and reveals its creamy, silky texture.

Made from 100% Susumaniello, this is a deep ruby red wine with purple shades. On the nose gives red and black fruits, a gentle zesty sensation, red flowers and hints of spices and tobacco. Food: Meat starters, first dishes with funghi porcini, game in general, BBQ and medium aged cheeses.

Jean Francois Protheau, Chablis aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers and minerals. High acidity than a simple Chardonnay therefore less oily. Refreshing and dry after taste. Ideal as a companion of fish, crustaceans, shellfish; particularly oysters and goat cheese.
